NPM Detroit Chapter Membership:

For the 2015-2016 year, NPM Detroit will not be soliciting chapter memberships. This year we are experimenting with a new model of chapter membership where every parish in the Archdiocese of Detroit is invited and encouraged to participate in the work of the organization. We hope this universal membership style will allow parish musicians of all socioeconomic backgrounds to attend our workshops and events without financial barrier.

Holding a national NPM membership is strongly recommended.

NPM National Membership:

Benefits

National membership, whether parish or individual, includes a subscription to Pastoral Music magazine and the Pastoral Music Notebook newsletter. Members also receive a considerable discount on registration fees for NPM programs including institutes, workshops and conventions.

Membership Types

Parish Memberships – Parish memberships may be any size, with each person named as a member receiving subscriptions to the magazine and the newsletter. In addition, the members’ discount to NPM educational programs is extended to ALL parishioners, whether or not they are listed as members. Parish memberships reside with the parish.

  Because clergy are vital to parish music programs, a Regular Parish membership is for two people: clergy and musician. Both receive subscriptions to the magazine and newsletter. In addition, clergy receive a subscription to NPM Clergy Update. The member’s discount on NPM programs is extended to ALL parishioners. The annual fee is $113.*
• Parish Membership Groups – CLICK TO JOIN →
  Parish memberships are also available for groups of three or more, with every member receiving the magazine and newsletter. Membership resides with the parish and the members’ discount on NPM programs is extended to ALL parishioners. Add $29 for each member after the first two. For example, a Parish Membership of four persons is $171: $113 for the first two plus $58 ($29 times 2) for the third and fourth persons.*

  A single parish member receives a subscription to the magazine and newsletter, but the membership resides with the parish and the members’ discount to NPM programs is extended to ALL parishioners. The annual fee is $81.*

Individual Memberships – CLICK TO JOIN →
An individual member receives a subscription to the magazine and newsletter. Membership resides with the individual; members’ discount to NPM programs is not transferable. The annual fee is $67.*

Youth Memberships – CLICK TO JOIN →
Youth memberships are offered to NPM members under 21 or those enrolled in full-time undergraduate programs. Youth members receive all the benefits of an individual membership at the reduced annual fee of $34.*

Retired/Senior Memberships – CLICK TO JOIN→
Retired/Senior memberships are offered to NPM members who are both retired and 65 or older. Retired/Senior members receive all the benefits of an individual membership at the reduced annual fee of $34.*
